"I ordered from Modus Vivendi the item..."
I ordered from Modus Vivendi the item does look nice. The fabric felt good when I first tried it, but I noticed some of the stitching was a little uneven. For the price, I guess I expected it to feel a bit more solid. It’s not bad or anything, just not Amazing either. I’ll still wear it, but I’m not sure I’d rush to buy again anytime soon.

"My order showed up a little later than..."
My order showed up a little later than I expected, which was kind of frustrating at first because I was looking forward to getting it. But the tracking actually worked well and kept me from worrying too much, and when the package arrived, everything was in good shape. So overall, I felt okay about the experience.

"Sizing felt way off"
I ordered my usual size from e-modusvivendi.com, but it ended up feeling a lot smaller than I expected. My brother even mentioned it looked too tight before I said anything, and the fit was just awkward in a few spots compared to what the size chart made me think.
Maybe it works better for other people, but for me it just wasn’t comfortable. I was excited for it, so it was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again unless the sizing becomes more reliable.

"Pretty solid deal, honestly"
For the price, I was actually happy with it. It’s not the most amazing thing on the planet, but the quality is decent and I definitely feel like I got my money’s worth.

"Simple request was ignored"
I asked for something basic, but it felt like that was completely ignored. The design just doesn’t really match my style, and I was frustrated because I thought I’d been clear about what I wanted.

"Customer service was really disappointing"
I reached out to them twice about my order and both times the replies were slow and not helpful at all. It felt like they didn’t even read what I wrote, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. Has anyone else had the same issue with e-modusvivendi.com? I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
